New Offering...Recovery and Reconditioning Program

Across the United States, thousands of people have been impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Many individuals are also compromised by a variety of acute and chronic conditions, such as emphysema, after effects of the flu and cardiovascular disease. As you or your loved ones recover from COVID-19 or other debilitating illnesses and conditions, you may be left with varying levels of deconditioning and weakness. 

Our Recovery and Reconditioning Program was developed in partnership with leading physicians, including physiatrists and infectious disease specialists. It focuses on identifying key areas of weakness in patients. Our licensed physical and occupational therapists will develop a plan of care that will be tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Our Team

Brian Nelson, P.T.

Brian brings a positive attitude to the patients he treats. He is experienced treating work-related injuries and has a passion working with the athletic population, including runners, golfers, throwers and triathletes. Brian is an experienced marathon runner and beginner triathlete. Brian earned a master's degree in physical therapy from College of St. Catherine and has specialized training in golf, throwing and running biomechanics.

Kathy DeLacy, P.T.

Kathy received a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Marquette University and has more than 25 years of experience in orthopaedic rehabilitation and manual therapy. She has a strong interest and advanced clinical training in women’s health issues. Her practice includes maternal wellness, urinary and fecal incontinence, osteoporosis, constipation and pelvic pain. She is a good listener, provides exceptional patient care and works with each patient to develop an individualized program to help improve their quality of life.

Kim Jacobson, OTR, CHT

Kim has been treating hand and upper extremity injuries for more than 20 years. She brings a caring, compassionate and interactive style of treatment to her patients. Kim enjoys working with all kinds of hand and upper extremity injuries and issues and especially loves fabricating custom orthoses. She earned a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from St. Catherine’s University.

Sally O'Borsky, P.T.

Sally specializes in working with lower extremity amputee patients. She works with patients throughout the entire recovery process, including pre-prosthetic training, prosthetic training and reintegration back into the community. Sally earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the College of St. Scholastica and has specialized training in amputee rehabilitation from the Rehab Institute of Chicago. Sally also has clinical experience and continuing education in working with the C-leg and other advanced prosthetic technology.

Nate Rosene, P.T.

Nate is a physical therapist that brings variety and personality to the patients he treats. He has worked with patients ranging from school age to geriatric with various orthopedic pathologies. Nate has a strong interest in multiple sports and gained an interest in physical therapy following going through physical therapy himself after tearing his ACL. Nate has experience with multiple post-operative orthopedic injuries and spent a year shadowing a spinal specialist orthopedic surgeon. He has experience with post-concussion rehabilitation and promotes full body wellness.

Darren Johnson, PTA

Darren is an experienced physical therapist assistant who works closely with the physical therapists in our Crystal location. He is a valuable and trusted member of our team working with all types of diagnosis.

Jessika Lackie, OTR

Jessika is passionate about expanding the role of rehabilitation in cancer care. She has experience with neurological conditions and is a cancer rehabilitation specialist. Jassika is also a certified lymphedema therapist for primary and secondary lymphedema, venous disease, lipedema and post-surgical edema. Jessika brings a compassionate, collaborative and enthusiastic approach to her treatments.
