Darren has been a member of NovaCare Rehabilitation since 1989. With more than 30 years of outpatient clinical experience, he has treated a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. Darren graduated from St. Mary's in 1989. He and his wife have two grown children and two grandchildren. He enjoys hunting, fishing and anything in the great outdoors.

Tiffany is a physical therapist who enjoys connecting with and challenging patients to work toward their personal goals. She graduated from the University of Indianapolis and enjoys using manual therapy techniques and exercises to regain function. Tiffany has experience treating various orthopedic diagnoses, is a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation specialist and has advanced training in pelvic floor therapy for women, men and non-binary patients of all ages. She strives to make therapy exciting and fun for everyone. Tiffany has two cats and enjoys finding fun, unique entertainment opportunities around the Twin Cities.

Nate has been a practicing physical therapist since 2010 and with NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2011. He has worked in the outpatient realm of physical therapy and specializes in treating patients who benefit from general orthopedic rehabilitation and vestibular and post-concussion rehabilitation. He has given multiple talks to workers' compensation groups about care for patients who have sustained a concussion. Nate completed his undergraduate and post-graduate education at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He and his wife have two young children and a Husky-Shephard mix dog. He enjoys kayaking, camping, hiking, sailing with the family and anything outdoors sports and leisure.

Sally has been an employee of NovaCare since 2003. She graduated from the College of St. Scholastica and has more than 30 years of clinical experience. Sally has treated both inpatient and outpatient amputee rehabilitation and prosthetic gait training. She was previously the Amputee Clinical Specialist at the VA hospital in Minneapolis and enjoys working with the lower extremity amputee population to return them to their previous activities and mobility level. Sally is married with three children and enjoys running, biking, and reading. After 20 years of watching her children play sports, she is looking forward to traveling to places other than the hockey rink.

Kim has been a practicing occupational therapist and certified hand therapist for the past 30 years. She graduated from St. Catherine's University and has worked solely with hand and upper extremity injuries of various complexities. Kim has extensive experience and interest in post-surgical care, splinting and upper extremity amputee care and prosthetic training. Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pool, attending local musical/theatre events and traveling.
