Ryan Torgrude, DPT, OCS, MTC, CSCS
Ryan received a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of South Dakota in 2000 and doctorate in physical therapy with an emphasis in manual therapy and spine care from University of St. Augustine in 2005. He is also board certified in orthopedic physical therapy. He is certified in manual therapy and uses these techniques in combination with exercise and pain science education. Ryan is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and helps patients return to active lifestyles.
Grant Kaper, DPT
Grant is a physical therapist and pain specialist. He has extensive training in hands-on therapy and uses techniques in combination with movement progressions to restore the integrity of the human body. Receiving therapeutic pain certification from the International Spine and Pain Institute, he implements evaluations and treatment for a variety of complex pain diagnoses. Grant and his wife live in the metro area and enjoy cross-country skiing, trying new recipes in the kitchen and spending time with friends and family.
Jowita “Ella” Kinney, PTA
Ella graduated from Silesian University with a master's degree in liberal arts and from Anoka-Ramsey Community College with an associate degree in physical therapist assistant. Ella is certified in Tai Chi/Qi Gong - a form of martial art embracing the mind, body and spirit and incorporates those in her every day work. Her areas of specialty are orthopedic conditions, balance re-training and work conditioning. She also works with chronic pain patients in the Pain Clinic. Ella enjoys dancing, sailing, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
