Josa Martin, P.T., DPT, OCS
Josa has been a member of NovaCare since 2021, with six years of clinical experience. He has worked in a variety of outpatient and sports medicine settings. Josa specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine services, including concussion rehabilitation, vestibular and TMJ treatment. Josa completed his undergraduate education at St. Cloud State University and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He is also a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy.
Allison Willwerscheid, P.T., DPT
Allison has been with NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2021. She works with a variety of patients including those requiring sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, TMJ treatment, and cancer rehabilitation. She is training to be a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation therapist to help patients recover throughout different stages of their cancer journey. She enjoys helping people get back to the activities they love after injury by guiding them through the rehabilitation process, reducing pain and improving how they move. Allison completed an undergraduate at University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Minnesota. She and her partner have two large dogs and enjoys camping and hiking.
Cassie Baus , OTD, OTR/L
Cassie has been a member of NovaCare since 2021. She has worked in the outpatient, acute care and developmental disability settings. Cassie specializes in treating patients with upper extremity dysfunction, custom orthosis creation, cervical disorders and cognition. Cassie completed her undergraduate biology and pre-occupational therapy at University of Wisconsin Stevens Point and doctorate of occupational therapy from Gannon University.
Scot Rochon, P.T., DPT, OCS,CCI, ReVital Certified Therapist
Scot has been a physical therapist since 2017 working in the outpatient setting. He specializes in treating patients who benefit from TMJ treatment, vestibular rehabilitation, gait training, orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine services and cancer rehabilitation. Scot completed his undergraduate education at University of Minnesota-Duluth and doctorate of physical therapy from Mount St. Joseph University. He enjoys golfing and cross country skiing.
