Our Team

Shelbi Pline , CHT

Shelbi specializes in orthopedic and neurologic conditions of the upper extremity with a background in hand therapy. She enjoys treating non-surgical and post-surgical conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. Some common diagnoses she has treated include fractures, arthritis (specialized training for thumb CMC, OA), nerve compression injuries and tendinopathies.

Debbie Lansdell, PTA

Debbie is originally from Westphalia, MI and now resides in Portland with her husband and four children. She earned an associate degree in the physical therapist assistant program at Baker College of Muskegon in 1997. Debbie has worked in the outpatient setting for most of her career. She has been with NovaCare since 2002. Debbie has advanced training in manual therapy, myofascial decompression, temporal mandibular dysfunction, lumbosacral dysfunction, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and kinesio taping.

Hannah Caroland , PTA

Hannah is originally from St. Johns, Michigan. As part of her education, she interned with NovaCare Rehabilitation and has enjoyed joining the Grand Ledge team. Hannah is an avid tennis player and spends her free time with friends and family.

Melinda (Mindy) Darcangelo, DPT

Mindy is originally from west Michigan. After earning a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Michigan, she became a mid-Michigander. Her career has been in outpatient orthopedic with NovaCare Rehabilitation. Mindy has advanced training in manual therapy, TMD, upper cervical, lumbar and pelvic dysfunction, vestibular rehabilitation, pre-/post-operative rehab, cupping and instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization.

Our Certified Hand Therapist Shelbi Pine is pleased to present "Living with Arthritis".

Join us at the Grand Ledge Area District Library from 3-4 p.m. to learn how NovaCare Rehabilitation can help with your hand pain and arthritis. Resources from the Arthritis Foundation of Michigan will also be available.
