Our Team

Stacey Florian , MSPT, Center Manager

Stacey graduated from Washington University in 1995 and has worked in pediatrics, acute care, home care and outpatient orthopedics. Stacey enjoys treating a wide variety of patient conditions including concussion, vestibular, Ehlers Danlos syndrome/hypermobility and generalized deconditioning. Stacey has lived in Grand Ledge for most of her life and in her spare time she enjoys traveling/hiking and snorkeling.

Leslie Markham, OTR/L

Leslie graduated from Baker College in 1997 with a degree is occupational therapy. Leslie joined NovaCare in 2019 with many years of experience mostly in the outpatient hand setting. She brings an upbeat atmosphere to the clinic and is always happy to treat anything from traumatic hand injuries to scheduled surgical procedures. Leslie has lived in the Lansing area for over 20 years and in her free time she enjoys singing women's barbershop in a competitive organization.

Denise Disbrow, PTA

Denise has lived in the Lansing area her whole life. In 2014, after 12 years of working in factories, she became a physical therapy assistant from Kellogg Community College. Denise has been at NovaCare, East Lansing since 2015. She has two children and she enjoys spending time with them and watching them play sports. Denise brings fun to every treatment session and enjoys treating a variety of conditions, including total joints, neuro and sports injuries. She loves to do research and bring new ideas to her patients.

Living with Arthritis Presentation with Shelbi Pline, CHT

Our Certified Hand Therapist Shelbi Pine is pleased to present "Living with Arthritis".

Join us at the Grand Ledge Area District Library from 3-4 p.m. to learn how NovaCare Rehabilitation can help with your hand pain and arthritis. Resources from the Arthritis Foundation of Michigan will also be available.
