Our Team




Paula Tuttle, P.T., DPT, ATC
Paula received her physical therapy degree from Sacred Heart University after first completing a bachelor's degree in human movement sports science / athletic training. She then completed a transitional doctorate of physical therapy at Regis University. Paula's physical therapy interests include manual therapy, spine care and general orthopedics. She has found that successful physical therapy is a collaborative effort between the physical therapist and patient, with a focus on evidence-based practice. Paula has spent her 18 years in professional practice helping patients of the DMV reach their goals.
In her spare time she enjoys spinning, running and spending time with her family.

Rebecca Schwartz, P.T., DPT
Becky earned both her bachelor's and doctorate of physical therapy degrees from Simmons College. She has over 15 years of experience working in both the acute and outpatient settings. Becky enjoys working closely with patients to help them achieve their maximum potential as well as their own personal goals. She is experienced in treating patients with vestibular disorders, shoulder, back and neck problems as well as helping patients recover after surgery or joint replacement.

Jeff D'Avy, P.T., COMT
Jeff received his physical therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in New Orleans, LA in 1993. He then completed a 2-year residency in orthopedic manual therapy through the Ola Grimsby Institute in San Diego, CA in 2001. Jeff's physical therapy interests include assessing the entire picture of a patient's presentation and applying multiple approaches to achieve pain relief and improved function. He uses manual therapy, exercise science, functional retraining, specialty physical therapy techniques and a collaborative effort with his patients. Jeff has spent his 30 years in professional practice helping patients reach their goals. In his spare time, he enjoys a variety of adventurous sports such as mountain biking and skiing and trying to keep up with his energetic family.
