Our Team

Ed Lee, P.T., Multi-site Manager

Ed has been treating patients in this area for more than 30 years. Having received a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Howard University, he owned and operated Physical Therapy and Sports Assessment Centers for 25 years. In 2016, he merged this practice with NovaCare Rehabilitation and now manages multiple sites in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties. His expertise involves treating patients with ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff injuries/shoulder pain, neck and back pain, and knee and hip replacements. His goal as a therapist is to improve the world one patient at a time.

Nate Houston, P.T., DPT

Nate received a bachelor's degree at Elon University and doctorate of physical therapy from Franklin Pierce University. He is certified in LSVT BIG help patients with Parkinson's disease as well as balance and gait issues. He enjoys treating issues such as tendinopathy, tendinosis, patellofemoral pain syndrome, spinal radicular pain, post-operative arthroplasties, ACL injuries and sport overuse injuries. His personal vision as a therapist is to develop plans that help patients meet their individual goals, and to provide evidence-based care and help patients become stronger versions of themselves.

Camille Francis Perez, P.T.

Camille received a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Saint Paul University. With a tremendous passion for her profession, Camille has notable success in the treatment of post-operative recoveries of shoulders, hips and knees, cervical and lumbar disorders and problems with balance and gait. She has been involved working with musculoskeletal and vestibular issues. She recently completed certification as a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation therapist and is passionate about making an impact to the oncology population.

Maya Kyles, P.T.

Maya received a bachelor's degree from Washington University in St. Louis and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Delaware. She enjoys helping patients with shoulder and postural dysfunction, back pain, knee pain, ankle instability and balance deficits. Maya is also a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation specialist and is passionate about helping individuals on their road to recovery during and after cancer treatments. Maya enjoys empowering patients to be active participants in their treatment as she guides them toward reaching their goals and getting back to what they love to do.

Mary Beth Etherton, PTA

Mary Beth earned a bachelor's degree in sports medicine from Radford University and physical therapy assistance from Montgomery College. She is certified in our ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program and is able to treat patients with breast cancer-related lymphedema. She specializes in cancer rehabilitation and working with the pediatric population. Her passion is treating people of all ages, especially those affected by cancer and developmental disabilities. There is nothing more satisfying to Mary Beth than helping someone reach their maximum function like being strong enough to hold a child or taking their first steps independently.
