Our Team

Joseph Holmes, P.T., DPT, CDN

Joey earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2010 from Miami University and a doctorate of physical therapy in 2013 from Ohio University. He has been a part of the Select Medical Outpatient Division family of brands since 2013, spending two years with KORT and is now a member of the NovaCare Rehabilitation team. Joey specializes in orthopaedic and sports injuries, functional capacity evaluations, trigger point dry needling and functional testing through Fusionetics and the dorsaVi Athletic Movement Index. Joey enjoys working with patients to identify both the musculoskeletal issue they are dealing with, but also the other factors in their life that could be leading to the pain or inflammation that is limiting function. Outside of work, Joey enjoys spending time with his wife and son traveling, working in his vegetable garden and reading.

Katie Ogle, DPT, CMTPT

Katie earned a bachelor's degree in biology in 2007 from the University of Delaware and doctorate in physical therapy in 2011 from Marymount University. She has been a member of our team since September 2011 where she treats a wide variety of patients ranging from orthopaedics, work-related injuries and geriatrics with a special interest in sports rehabilitation. Katie is a certified manual trigger point dry needling therapist and enjoys incorporating this practice into her treatment. She enjoys running, working out, and spending time with her family and dog.

Lisa Cozzolino, OTR/L, CHT, CML

Lisa earned a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy in 1994 from Towson University. She started her career in spinal cord injury then specialized in industrial rehabilitation performing functional capacity evaluations and working in a work hardening center. In 1996, Lisa became a certified hand therapist with a special interest in fabricating custom-made splints. In 1999, she became certified in lymphedema for upper and lower extremities from The Academy of Lymphatics. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys working out, participating in triathlons, golfing and cooking.

Miranda Stauffer, PTA

Miranda earned a degree in the physical therapist assistant program in 2015 from Anne Arundel Community College. She joined LifeBridge in 2018 where she has honed her skills working with a variety of diagnoses and patient populations. Recently, Miranda became a ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation specialist. Miranda strives to treat each patient with the utmost compassion and respect. She enjoys using a variety of techniques to address patient needs, including instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping and postural reeducation. Miranda is an avid practitioner of martial arts and has more than 10 years experience working with dancers as a certified Cecchetti instructor.

Robyn Forney, M.S., OTR/L, CPAM

Robyn earned a master's degree in occupational therapy in 2018 from Shenandoah University and bachelor's degree in exercise science and physical education in 2015 from McDaniel College. Robyn has filled many shoes within the NovaCare family since 2013, from rehab aide to patient service specialist to occupational therapist. She enjoys implementing creative, client-centered, individualized treatment plans in the hand therapy program and seeing patients participate in life to the fullest. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with family, cooking and being an avid bookworm.

Dana Ayd, DPT, Center Manager

Dana earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry in 2008 from Haverford College and doctorate in physical therapy in 2011 from Temple University. She has been a member of our team since September 2011 where she treats a wide variety of patients ranging from orthopaedics, work-related injuries, and geriatrics with a special interest in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. Dana enjoys working out and spending time with her family and her three dogs.
