Our Team

Cecilia Silva-Manrique, P.T., DPT

Cecilia graduated from University of Maryland College Park in 2014 earning her bachelor's degree in physiology and neurobiology. She then graduated from University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2020 earning her doctorate in physical therapy. During her clinical affiliations in school, she has treated patients in different settings including acute care, women's health, outpatient orthopedics and neurological rehabilitation. Cecilia joined NovaCare Rehabilitation in January of 2021. She holds a certification for LSVT BIG program and provides work conditioning/work hardening services. She loves spending time educating her patients to achieve their goals and maintain or begin an active lifestyle. She was raised in Peru and is fluent in Spanish. Cecilia loves road trips, playing Volleyball and tennis table and spending time with her family, dog and friends.

Ebenezer Riverson Jr., P.T., DPT, M.S.

Eb earned a bachelor's degree at the University of Delaware, master's degree from Drexel University and doctorate of physical therapy at Temple University. He received Lee Silverman Voice Treatment certification to treat patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. He loves empowering patients to be more confident in their abilities and uses collaborative and courteous care to achieve goals and maximize recovery. Eb likes to watch all Philadelphia sports teams, mainly the Eagles. He enjoys listening to podcasts and watching various tv shows and movies.

Bria Rhodes, Patient Service Specialist

Bria is a senior at Bowie State University studying communications and public relations. Bria has aspired to work in the medical field and been a patient service specialist since October 2022. The best part of her job is that it does not feel like one. She wakes up ready to come to work to ensure patients are receiving the best quality services in all aspects from the time they walk in, to the time they leave. Bria enjoys journaling, listening to music and walks around the lake.
