Our Team

Ashley Quail, P.T., DPT, CMTPT, Center Manager

Ashley graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with a doctorate degree in physical therapy, and joined NovaCare Rehabilitation in 2013. She earned a bachelor's degree in health sciences from James Madison University in 2010. She is a certified original strength clinician and certified through Myopain Seminars to perform trigger point dry needling. She enjoys treating a wide variety of patients, but has special interest in working with runners and weekend warriors. She frequently uses video movement analysis in conjunction with wearable, wireless sensor technology (dorsaVi system) to identify underlying movement dysfunction and develop an appropriate corrective exercise program. She enjoys participating in community events and working with local club sports teams to enhance performance and reduce risk for injury.

Jordan Considine, P.T., DPT, ATC

Jordan graduated from Shenandoah University with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2021. She earned a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Towson University and has maintained certification as an athletic trainer since 2018. She has experience working with athletes at all levels including high school, collegiate and club-level sports. Additionally, she has experience working with patients across a variety of age-ranges, both surgical and non-surgical cases, from her clinical rotations in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehabilitation and home health. Jordan believes in an individualized treatment approach consisting of a combination of manual therapy and functional-based exercises to help patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love. She obtained certifications to allow her treat specialties such as concussions and BPPV. Jordan plans to become a board-certified sport specialist and pursue additional education in manual therapy, dry needling and treatment for other vestibular pathologies.

Kevin Bond, P.T., DPT

Kevin graduated from the UNC Chapel Hill with his doctorate of physical therapy in 2019 and bachelor's in biology from American University in 2015. He swam competitively in the Patriot League (D1) at American University. Due to his extensive involvement in athletics growing up, Kevin has a passion for working with athletes and weekend warriors looking to return to the activities they love. While at UNC, he tailored his education towards sports and orthopedic rehab working with some of the best physical therapists and strength and conditioning coaches. Kevin intends to continue his education and obtain an orthopedic certified specialist or sports certified specialist certification and a professor for future physical therapy students. He focuses heavily on movement, holistic biomechanics and functional exercise to help his patient's achieve their goals and improve performance. Kevin is originally from Maine. Loves to spend free time with his son, dog and wife.
