Chevy Chase

Lydia received a doctorate of physical therapy from Ithaca College. She has experience treating general orthopedics both surgical and non-surgical, gait and balance training. She received certification in ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation and lymphedema therapy and works closely with cancer survivors and patients undergoing cancer treatments. Her vision as a physical therapist is to deliver high quality patient care and empower patients to play an active role in their recovery process. This is achieved by understanding patients' needs and goals, providing a customized rehabilitation program and patient education.

Adiana brings a listening ear and compassionate personality to the patients she treats. She was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and moved to the DMV area where she received a bachelor's degree in health management and doctorate of physical therapy from Howard University. Adiana enjoys working with a variety of conditions with an emphasis on manual therapy to help patients recover and return to the activities that bring them joy. She enjoys working with patients to help them reach their goals to improve their quality of life.
