Our Team
Jessica Miele, P.T., DPT, CMTPT
Jessica earned a bachelor's degree from McDaniel College in exercise science and physical education in 2010. She received a doctorate of physical therapy degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2014. She is certified in dry needling and specializes in incorporating a hands-on approach into patients' treatment plans. Jessica is passionate about helping patients better understand their bodies and empowering them to take a leading role in their recovery. She treats a wide range of injuries across the age spectrum, having worked with patients as young as one month and as mature as 104 years old. Jessica is a native of Bel Air and is proud to serve her community.
Kim Lord, P.T., MPT, COMT
Kim graduated from University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 1996, with a master's of physical therapy degree. Prior to this, she graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor's degree in community health education. In 2018, she completed a certificate of orthopedic manual therapy, through NovaCare Rehabilitation. She has been employed full time as a staff therapist with NovaCare Rehabilitation since 2012, and has previous experience working in home care, out-patient orthopedics, and acute care. She enjoys working with people of all ages (from 3 months to 97), and specializes in general orthopedics, sports injuries, TMJ, concussion rehab and torticollis. Most recently she has been trained in performing blood flow restriction to help better treat her patients. Her mission is to help people achieve the goals that are important to them, to achieve the highest level of function possible.
