Sophie graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology from Stevenson University and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Maryland, School of Medicine, Baltimore. She started her career in 2011 and began managing the Rosedale office in 2013. Now Sophie oversees 11 offices and is passionate about orthopedics, pain management and cancer rehabilitation. Sophie has also obtained certifications in dry needling and ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation. She loves exploring new eats, reading fiction and road trips with her husband and two kids.

Eirika specializes in the treatment of orthopedic and pelvic health conditions of all genders. She obtained a bachelor's degree in human nutrition, foods and exercise before obtaining her doctorate in physical therapy from Radford University in 2018. She completed post-doctoral training in obstetrics and pelvic health through the American Physical Therapy Association. She examines individuals with pelvic conditions holistically and offers a multi-faceted approach to treatment. She is passionate about helping those with urinary, bowel, sexual dysfunction, prolapse, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, those experiencing difficulty with healing in post-partum and everyone in between. She understands the psychosocial aspects associated with these conditions and wants to help individuals get back to doing what they love without leakage or pain.
