Our Team

Seth Heidlebaugh, P.T., DPT, CSCS, COMT

Seth earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Penn State University in 2012 and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and certified orthopedic manual therapist. He has a focus on sports medicine, including return to play programs, running assessments, movement analyses and the treatment of tactical athletes. Seth is also trained in the treatment of concussion and vestibular diagnoses. He believes that patient education plays a key role in not only helping to resolve the current ailment, but in injury prevention.

Kristen Ritchie, P.T., DPT

Kristen received a doctorate of physical therapy and master's degree in anatomy and clinical health science from the University of Delaware in 2020. In addition to treating orthopedic conditions, such as low back, shoulder, hip, and knee pain, Kristen also enjoys treating concussion and vestibular disorders. She grew up playing a variety of sports, including 10 years of competitive volleyball, and continues to stay active by running, weightlifting and walking her dog. Her goal is to provide an individualized treatment approach to meet each patient's specific needs so that they are able to return to doing what they love.

Kamala Stevenson, O.T., CLT

Kamala is an occupational therapist with 18 years experience helping individuals to resume ability to fulfill their daily routines. Specializing in lymphedema as a certified lymphedema therapist and in cancer rehabilitation, to include cancer induced cognitive decline, as a certified ReVital therapist. Kamala uses that expertise to promote recovery of functional independence back into the lives of her clients. She sat on the Maryland State Board of Occupational Therapy for eight years, where she served as both co-chair and later chairperson. Prior to her medical career, Kamala served in the U.S. Army as a commissioned officer. Her tour of duty included serving during the Operation Desert Shield/Storm conflict.

David Tran, PTA

David is a physical therapist assistant who recently graduated from Anne Arundel Community College CACHE program in 2021. David found his passion for physical therapy after participating in recreational activities such as rock climbing or American ninja warrior. David is ecstatic to further his knowledge with evidence based practice to ensure patients receive quality care catering to individual needs.
