Our Team

Gina Kolk, P.T.

Gina is center manager for NovaCare Rehabilitation’s Oak Park Madison center. She has been an outpatient orthopaedic therapist for 30 years and has more than 15 years of experience in treating women’s health and pelvic floor disorders. She received a bachelor's degree in biology from Central College and bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Northwestern University. Gina has attended numerous continuing education courses throughout her career. She is well versed in taping, dry needling, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, McKenzie and the Mulligan Concept. Her vast experience and education allows Gina to actively listen to her patients’ needs and apply appropriate treatments to return them to the quality of life they desire.

Orit Aharon, P.T., DPT

Orit is an orthopaedic physical therapist and women’s health specialist with close to 20 years of experience. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and master's degree from the University of Illinois, focusing on sports injuries and biomechanics. She recently earned a doctorate in physical therapy with an emphasis on evidence-based manual therapy. Orit believes in a whole body approach and the utilization of biomechanical and postural assessment into the diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic conditions. As a previous ballet dancer and a current triathlete, she has a passion for movement and exercise and her treatment approach combines a verity of manual physical therapy techniques with stretching, strengthening and stabilization exercises to help her patients reduce pain and improve mobility and overall function.
