Our Team
Michelle Boongaling, DPT
Michelle has been a physical therapist since 2021. She is originally from Memphis and relocated to do her undergraduate studies at UIC. She earned a doctorate of physical therapy at Northwestern. Michelle enjoys working with vestibular patients, athletes and those with low back injuries. She enjoys working out and sewing.
Katie Wax, P.T., DPT, CMPT
Katie has been a physical therapist since 2005 working in outpatient orthopedics. She completed her undergraduate at Bradley University and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Midwestern University. She has specialties include manual therapy, cancer rehabilitation and is certified in dry needling. Katie and her family reside in Chicago, and she enjoys running by the lake and weightlifting.
