Our Team
Nathan DeBlauw, P.T.
Nate earned a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and doctorate of physical therapy from Northwestern University. Nate specializes in treating patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries including knee pain, running and sport injuries, shoulder pain, back pain, post-operative rehabilitation and general aches and pains. He works with patients to create an individualized treatment plan to achieve their goals and get back to their optimal level of function. Nate enjoys playing and watching sports like soccer, basketball, basketball and running.
