Diana Zheng, P.T.
Diana was born and raised in Chicago and speaks conversational Cantonese. She enjoys treating patients of various diagnosis and is passionate about learning and building her skills to provide quality care to her patients. She is an avid rock climber and enjoys traveling with her friends and family.
Tammy Slezak, PTA
Tammy is a Chicago native and passionate Bears fan. She started out working in the hospital setting, rotating through various departments such as general medical, wound care, inpatient rehabilitation and orthopedics. When Tammy isn't working she enjoys yoga and gardening.
