Sue Song, P.T., MPT, CEAS, COEE

Sue received her master's of physical therapy degree from Andrews University. She is an accomplished physical therapist, certified ergonomic assessment specialist and certified office ergonomic evaluator with more than 22 years of exceptional patient care to her credit. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of screening evaluation and treatment of a variety of injuries and conditions. Sue has expertise in treating TMJ issues, post-op rehabilitation in upper and lower extremities, neck and back pain and orthopedic conditions with hypermobility. In addition, she provides office ergonomic assessments, recommends work station adjustments, and proper office equipment to reduce work related injuries. Her goal is to help patients reach their optimal level of functionality by varying their exercise, providing manual therapy and educating them on their condition.

Krassimir Todorov , P.T., DPT, Certified DN

Krassimir received his doctorate of physical therapy from Georgia State University. He is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. From the moment a patient comes through the door he is fully engaged in creating an outstanding rehabilitative experience with compassion, empathy and skill. Krassimir has notable success in the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular injuries of the spine, ribs and lower extremities including sports injuries, chronic conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation. In addition, he is proficient in vestibular disorders such as BPPV, UVH and post-concussion issues. Krassimir's expertise is evidenced with each patient encounter. His passion is to provide the most effective evidence based physical therapy care, to enable his patients to restore maximal function, prevent injury and maintain optimal quality of life.

Erin Longhurst, P.T., DPT

Erin earned her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Utah. She is an integral part of the clinical team who specializes in women's health issues. She offers genuine caring, compassion and clinical expertise with an emphasis on pregnant and postpartum women where she is experienced in treating diastasis recti, pain during pregnancy, incontinence and pelvic pain both postpartum and with other maladies. Quality of life and return to function are at the forefront of her practice where she creates a healing environment with open communication and comprehensive education to ensure a successful outcome. Erin treats patients at the K Street clinic as well as the 3301 New Mexico Avenue NW location.

Tarre' Farrell, MOT, OTR/L, CHT

Tarre' is an occupational therapist with a passion for delivering quality care. She graduated from Temple University with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2009 and earned her master of occupational therapy degree in 2014 from University of the Sciences. As a certified hand therapist, Tarre' enjoys custom orthotic fabrication wound care, manual therapies and has an interest in pursuing additional certification for the treatment of lymphedema. Tarre' is originally from Philadelphia and is an avid fan of Philadelphia sports teams. She recently relocated to Northern Virginia and enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, HGTV and attending sporting events.

Tavia Allen, P.T., DPT

Tavia earned both her bachelor's degree of rehabilitation sciences and her doctorate of physical therapy from Northeastern University She is skilled at creating one-on-one trusting relationships with her patients and developing innovative treatment plans that meet the desired outcome. Tavia's ultimate goal is improving biomechanics, decreasing pain, improving movement and returning each person to their preferred activities and prior level of optimal function. She has notable success in the evaluation and rehabilitation of total joint replacements, low back pain, foot/ankle pain and instability. On a daily basis Tavia is committed to providing every patient with the superior clinical care they deserve in order for them to live their most fulfilling lives.

Sal Fogarino, P.T., DPT

Sal is a southern New Jersey native. He received a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2015 from Rutgers University and doctorate of physical therapy in 2021 from Marymount University which ultimately led him to relocate to NOVA area following graduation. Sal played collegiate rugby and was highly involved in the team's leadership roles. He has a passion for treating outpatient orthopedic conditions and sport-related injuries. He strives to enable patients to become empowered with knowledge and strength to provide lasting improvement and prevention. Sal enjoys spending time with friends and family, learning new recipes to cook and area restaurants to try.
