    Kevin Grady, DPT
    Kevin Grady
    Kevin is the center manager at the West Chester center. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio and he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania. Over the span of his career as a physical therapist he has garnered a wealth of knowledge from attending an exhaustive list of continuing education courses. Kevin treats a myriad of orthopedic conditions and post-surgical interventions. He has extensive knowledge and proficiency in the treatment of shoulder dysfunctions, spinal disorders, fractures and traumatic injuries and his differential diagnosis skills are exceptional. Always patient-focused, Kevin continually seeks to develop more efficient avenues of treatment to influence superior patient outcomes, and his dedication to this task is evidenced each day.
    Rick Hauser, MPT, M.A.
    Rick studied at Ohio State University, Indiana State University, and completed his Master of Physical Therapy Degree from Andrews University in Dayton, Ohio. He brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients he treats. Rick enjoys working with a variety of patients, particularly sports injuries. He works with patients with low back pain, often using muscle energy techniques to assist in treating lumbar dysfunction. Rick was a competitive swimmer and enjoys assisting several local swim teams with the swimmer enhancement program. “I love to educate and empower my patients. I aim to make a measurable and positive difference in the patients that I treat.”
    Karen Hazlett, P.T., CHT
    Karen graduated from The Ohio State University, Cum Laude with a bachelor of science in Allied Health Professions, Division of Physical Therapy. She earned her Certified Hand Therapist credential from the American Society of Hand Therapists. Karen utilizes her hands on skills and clinical expertise to develop innovative rehabilitative programs that challenge, strengthen, and restore. With evidence-based techniques and an established supportive, patient-centered environment, she creates an optimal setting where patients can learn to heal themselves and maintain a maximal level of mobility and function. As a physical therapist and hand therapist for more than 33 years, Karen specializes in all hand pathologies including orthopedic, neurological and connective tissue, reconstructive surgery and all traumatic injuries and degenerative conditions. She has a passion for custom orthotic fabrication and providing quality intervention to restore the upper extremity function of her patients to allow them to have an improved quality of living.
