We are pleased to announce the following developments: | Vestibular Rehabilitation
Vestibular Rehabilitation is a specialized treatment program designed to help people suffering from vertigo, imbalance and other inner ear disorders. Physical therapists utilize various techniques to treat patients living with these symptoms. Video Goggles are used by the therapists to review ocular movements during head movements. For many people who suffer from dizziness, our Vestibular Rehabilitation Program can help by controlling or lessening complaints of dizziness through exercises that are geared to strengthen each component of the balance and adaptive response systems. As symptoms decrease, the difficulty of the exercises increase until the highest level of balance is attained during head movement, eye movement and walking. NovaCare Rehabilitation is excited to have been chosen as the Official Sports Rehabilitation Provider to our region's new American Hockey League team, the Lake Erie Monsters! NovaCare's reputation as a rehabilitation provider with strong orthopedic expertise and clinical excellence was instrumental in building this new alliance with the Monsters.
