Meet The Tennessee Market Managers:

Lisa Odle is a Physical Therapist with over 30 years of experience treating patients, a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist and a Market Manager in Tennessee. She directs the patient care, financial performance, human resource management, sales and business development, and day-to-day operations of six outpatient physical, occupational, athletic training and industrial rehabilitation locations. Lisa works closely with the WorkStrategies and Industrial Services teams to coordinate national outcomes and protocols for Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), Post-Offer Employment Testing (POETs), Injury Prevention and Ergonomic programs, Customized Return-to-Work planning, and Work Hardening and Conditioning programs as one of Select Medical's National QA Specialists. Beth Norris is a Physical Therapist with 25 years experience who has earned her PhD in movement science and has her OCS certification. She is a Market Manager for Tennessee and has 15 years experience in a director/leadership role, experience with the oversight of multiple outpatient clinics in the planning, development, and start-up of new clinic sites, and six years experience as a physical therapy faculty member with additional responsibility mentoring of post-professional educational needs for practicing physical therapists. Beth directs the patient care, financial performance, human resource management, sales and business development, and day-to-day operations of four outpatient physical and occupational rehabilitation locations.
