Meet our clinical team:

Hi! My name is Sharon Noll and I have been the Center Manager for the Crestview Hills office since 2004. I graduated high school from Notre Dame Academy in 1993, and from the University of KY with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1999. I enjoy working with high school and college students and helping them realize their full potential both physically with their sports and also with their long term goals of college and career life. I love to travel, play volleyball, read and do various forms of community service. It is truly my privilege to provide physical therapy for the Northern KY Community.

Nicole Hausfeld, P.T.: I am a 2002 graduate of Notre Dame Academy (Park Hills, KY). I attended Saint Louis University for a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Masters in Physical Therapy. I am currently enrolled in the transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at the University of KY. I have been practicing physical therapy for four years and enjoy assisting in the rehabilitation of the local high school athletes and treating patients with orthopaedic injuries. I am very excited to be back in Northern KY!

Directions

Take the Turkeyfoot exit off of 275, toward Town Center
Turn Left onto Thomas More Parkway
Turn Left onto Chapel Place (3rd left and directly across from the Five Season's Sports Club)
Building is immediately to the Right, 340 Chapel (ours is in the middle).
Take elevator to the second floor and turn left off the elevator and follow past the restrooms
