Our Team

Alexandra Richman, P.T.

Alexandra is the site supervisor and valued member of the team who has distinguished herself as a compassionate, caring professional that is patient-focused. She is skilled in the rehabilitation of a diverse patient population with orthopedic conditions and post-surgical interventions. She is adept in both land and aquatic-based treatment programs. Alexandra's true competence and enthusiasm is evidenced each day in the one-on-one care she gives to patients using her education and clinical proficiency.

Danelle Kwis, P.T.

As an athlete and sports enthusiast, Danelle is well-acquainted with the pathology of sports injuries and specializes in the treatment of hand, shoulder, knee and lumbar conditions including the treatment of the overhead athlete. From impingement syndrome and rotator cuff repairs to ACL reconstruction, total joint replacements and sacroiliac dysfunction, Danelle's expertise is evident. She enjoys working one-on-one with patients suffering from vertigo and balance conditions. Danelle is proficient in a plethora of disorders of all age groups from pediatric to geriatric and is highly focused on clinical and service excellence for patients.

Wendy Harris, P.T.

Wendy is a physical therapist who has worked with patients in hospital, nursing home, outpatient and home care settings. Wendy has provided acute care, chronic pain management, geriatric treatments, sports, orthopedic rehabilitation and pediatric therapy for special needs children.

Valerie Thorpe, P.T., DPT

Valerie is a valued member of the clinical team whose goal is to provide a compassionate and informative environment for all patients to best collaborate with them in reaching their rehabilitation goals. Valerie has experience in the rehabilitation of a broad base of orthopedic conditions and injuries with notable success in the treatment of back pain, weakness and deconditioning associated with CHF and COPD, as well as shoulder injuries and arthroplasties. Valerie believes in seeing patients as more than just the injury, but discovering what is truly meaningful to each person and promoting function and independence to the fullest extent. Valerie creates innovative programs that challenge, strengthen and restore, while empowering patients to take an active role in the success of their rehabilitation journey.

ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation

Cancer patients and survivors often face painful, function-limiting consequences brought on by acute treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation and/or surgery. Cancer rehabilitation can help these individuals regain strength, physical function and the independence they may have lost due to cancer or its treatment.

Hand Therapy

Hand therapy focuses on rehabilitation of the hand and upper limbs and is the merging of occupational therapy and physical therapy theory and practice. Several of our highly skilled therapists go on to become certified hand therapists and are proficient in the treatment of hand and upper extremity condition.

For our Spanish speaking patients, NovaCare Rehabilitation in Pennsville, NJ is now offering telerehab with a Spanish speaking therapist. We are offering therapy from the comfort and safety of your home through our telerehab program. If you are limited by travel, injury or a weakened immune system, we will virtually bring our services to you.
