    NovaCare Rehabilitation's Andersonville center is located near the intersection of Foster and Broadway. Our center boasts easy accessibility with a parking lot, and close proximity to public transit off the Berwyn-Red Line.

Our services include: physical therapy, Active Release Technique, Functional Capacity Evaluations, work hardening/conditioning, pilates reformer and Workers' Compensation (Medicare certified). We also provide services such as video gait analysis, bike fits, video pitching analysis and after care programs.

    Since 2011, NovaCare Rehabilitation has been the official physical therapy provider for Loyola University. We are responsible for providing physical therapy services to Loyola's athletes as well as athletic training services for to a number of neighboring teams.

    Jamie Meyer, P.T., DPT
    Jamie Meyer
    Jamie earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 2004 from the University of Illinois and doctorate in physical therapy in 2006 from Northwestern University. She has achieved success in the treatment of orthopaedic injuries, running injuries and sports medicine-related injuries. Jamie has completed numerous continuing education courses and believes in an individualized treatment plan for all patients to help them fulfill their goals and return to function as soon as possible.
    Terry McIntyre, P.T., MPT
    Terry McIntyre
    Terry earned a bachelor's degree in biological sciences and psychology in 1990 from the University of Denver and master's degree in physical therapy in 1997 from Northwestern University. He has achieved success in the treatment of general orthopaedic injuries and conditions. Terry has completed numerous continuing education courses and strives to help each individual get better, keeping in mind that “better” can mean very different things to different people.
    Zachary Fowler, P.T., DPT
    Zachary Fowler
    Zach earned his Bachelor’s Degree in 2011 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2014, he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University. He has achieved success in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, running injuries and low back pain. Zach’s goal is to return patients to their pre-injury activity level through individualized treatment plans that focus on manual therapy techniques and functional exercise, while providing client education for continued health and wellness after therapy.
    Brett Painter, P.T., DPT
    Brett Painter
    Brett earned his Bachelor in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois in 2011 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2014. He has achieved success in the treatment of orthopaedic injuries, sports-related injuries and shoulders. Brett has completed numerous continuing education courses including Functional Movement, Recent Advances in the Evaluation and Treatment of the Shoulder Complex. In addition to helping his patients achieve their goals, he has a passion for fostering overall health and wellness and preventing injury re-occurrence. He uses a creative approach to exercise prescription that is individualized to each patient’s needs.
